Overcharged for very small items; long-time, loyal customers should be "taken care of" better than that
I felt that the small job of clipping the splash guard back under the front bumper and replacing a burnt out headlight bulb should not have cost $90+ !! I understand the cost of supplies but to charge two quarter hours of labor for such small work (I would have replaced the bulb myself if I didn't have a shoulder injury) is not how a longtime loyal customer should be treated for their years of business. I'm tired of being overcharged. Moreover, I should have been made aware what the cost of labor might amount to before the work was done. I called a nearby garage and got an over-the-phone estimate to compare: hands down a much better deal.

Hi Krista,

I have been trying to contact you via phone and email, but have not been able to get in touch. I am sorry that you feel that you were overcharged and I know that you have been a good customer of ours for several years. If you have the time please contact me and we can discuss the half hour of labor that you were charged for replacing the light bulb and fastening your broken chin spoiler.
