Reasonably priced but could improve communication
Dropped car off at 8:00am for routine work: new tires and oil change. Car was not complete until nearly 6:00pm (I had to call to get the status) even though on the invoice, it listed labor time of less than one hour. A midday phone call to me would have helped.
