"Santa Fe Sport"
Had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00. Arrived at 7:00 (interstate ran smoothly today!) I was a little confused about the order in which customers were received but decided it might have to do with times appointments were scheduled. Lorraine was very knowledgeable and efficient. Both courtesy drivers were very nice. From start to the time I was at work was about 50 minutes which is a little excessive based on my relationships with other dealers. Also, I have to return the car in two weeks for them to fix a rattle due to their tight schedule. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience that I hope will be repeated on future visits.

I've had multiple customer service/car service issues with this dealership, and will not be returning my cars there in the future.
