John said he has been a customer with this business since 1977. The service has greatly improved over the years. The service advisor keeps him attuned of what they find while he waits in the waiting area. Frank has been his service advisor for many years and he is very reliable. He has had the same mechanic also and he is the best. The service advisor always takes time to explain everything. He is never in a hurry.

Esther said she is always treated really well when she goes in for service. They could not do anything to make their service better. It does not need anything. It is great.

Jacqueline said she was told her vehicle would take 2 and a half hours for the service but it took 5. She wished the service advisor would have told her it was going to take longer than he thought.

Edward said this business does good work and they treat him very good.

Sung said the follow-up was pretty good and they explained what was going on. He has considered purchasing another vehicle at the end of this year, however, he doesn't have a specific make or model in mind.
