Reid said he's in the market for a Range Rover. He checked out the Mercedes SUV, but didn't like it's shape. Reid stated Mr. Kim, his service advisor, was attentive, communicative, very helpful, and kept him updated.

Vishav said he wasn't satisfied with his overall experience because they didn't return his calls multiple times when they promised they would. It took almost a day longer than promised because the vehicle wasn't ready. He was not satisfied with their communication because they did not return his calls. They could serve him better by having better communication. Other than that he was thinking about purchasing a crossover in 1 year. He doesn't know what make he would consider purchasing.

Korin said the repair to her key should have been covered under the warranty, but the business told her that the key had water damage to it and it wasn't covered. When she got the key back there was a piece missing that holds the key onto the key chain. The vehicle was ready 4 days late because there were some communication issues. She wasn't satisfied with the communication because they didn't try to fix the key under the warranty and they never showed her the water damage to the key. She wouldn't recommend the business for the above reasons.
