"Replacement Dremel Multi-Max Tool"
I have used my Dremel 6300 on many projects and love how this tool makes my job really easy and fast. One day, however, I went to use the tool and it would not start working. I contacted Dremel on their website and had a very pleasant chat with a customer service rep. and she advised that I send the tool back for evaluation. Within 10 days I received a new MM30 tool with additional accessories and a new carrying case, no charge! I want to thank Pat Hensiak at Dremel for his team's consideration of problem and the solution provided. I am a Dremel customer for life for sure!!
