Spoke with Kristina. She said she didn't have any complaints regarding the experience. She did have to bring the vehicle back for 1 item to be adjusted but she did not elaborate. However they completed the repair well, and it was good. If needed in the future, she would definitely go back to the business for their repair services.

Laura said she is very pleased with this place of business. She really appreciates how they kept her informed. The vehicle was delayed a few days because additional damage was found. That was fine because they let her know what was going on they also answered all her questions.

Peter said the gentleman that he dealt with went above and beyond to satisfy him and he provided great customer service. The passenger's side mirror needed to be replaced and there was some miscommunication about it, but he managed to get things moving and had the work done in an hour. He took excellent care of him.

Kim said she would have been happier if they had checked under the hood. She took the vehicle to a mechanic and he discovered there was a valve knocked loose due to the impact.

Daniel said he was not happy with the quality of the repair on his windshield because it cracked the next day. He had to come back to this facility to have his windshield replaced. His repair was done in a timely fashion, but because of the poor quality of work he would not recommend them to others.

Daniel was advised that a repair to a windshield may not hold due to the nature of the crack. Unfortunately, Daniel's did not hold and needed to be replaced.
