"Very Responsive"
Three day before we leave for St. Louis I get a dead cell in my battery. I took the battery to Bruce and he checked the battery right away, and reordered another. The battery would be in the office the same day (within 4 hours). I had a previous commitment and could not get it until the next day. As soon as the shop opened the battery was waiting for me fully charged. No charge due to warranty. A very much appreciated response under the circumstances. Thanks to Earlys Auto.
