Eric said he went in for an oil change and he asked them to leave space so he could add a special additive but they filled it to top. He asked them to do one thing and they did not. He also went in for a diagnosis and they did not explain what they were doing. They did not tell him beforehand that the diagnosis was $100, and the repairs they suggested were 40 percent higher than other facilities. He said this business needs to be more transparent about their services and they need to communicate more.

We never recommended any work to be performed on your car. Also, the additive you had was 1/2 a quart of fluid.  We did leave a little room, depends on how level the vehicle is when you check it.

I do apologize for this.  I was the gentleman that helped you.  You are very correct that the brake fluid was fine, that was my fault on reading the paper work incorrectly.  The transmission fluid was darker then it should of been.  Once again i apologize on the recommendation.  It should be noted that i offered to show you the fluid and once i realized i had the wrong paper work i apologized and tried to explain the situation.  Regardless, i made a mistake and once again i am sorry.
