Ethical Owners and Techs
My 2011 Jeep Compass was experiencing CVT transmission issues. I feared the worst but wanted to make sure I had an expert look at it who wasn’t going to rake me over the coals. Major transmission issues require a large load of labor to work on. I walked in and chat with Dan, the owner, directly and we had a positive conversation for about 5 minutes. I can tell he’s an ethical man who really knows transmissions as he’s been working on them for about 35 years.

I got text updates as Dan’s techs worked on my car. They sent me inspection reports with video explainers included. It was an amazing experience.

I would highly recommend taking your business to Dan’s company. I truly feel Dan won’t lie to you and that his techs are top notch at what they do. I think that shows in how busy they are, too. It was tough to find parking because their lot was so full. It didn’t look like they were hurting for more business, which I feel is a great sign. They still squeezed me in same day, despite the full slate. I’ll happily return as a customer again.
