"Beyond expectations"
I recently moved to Delray Beach and my 2011 BMW X3 just came off its prepaid maintenance plan. So I was looking for a new auto shop. This was my first time at Edge and it was probably the best experience I've ever had. I called for an appt. late on Thursday and Mike asked "When do you want to bring it in?" I asked when can I bring it in, expecting him to give a date three weeks out (which was typical for the BMW dealership I used to go to). "Bring it in at 8:00 am tomorrow." That alone was impressive. I told him I would need a rental car and he said he'd reserve one and have one of his guys drive me there from the shop. I got there a few minutes before 8 the next morning. He was already opened and it took like 4 minutes to drop the car off and tell him what was wrong. Then his guy drove me to the car rental and as I walked in the door the lady at the desk said, "Are you from Edge?" She had all the paperwork ready and the car was parked right outside. That's faster than it took for me to get a loaner car from my old dealership. Mike called me about an hour later, told me what he found, gave an estimate and said car would be ready later that day. Picked up the car around 4:00 and Mike told me to just leave the rental car there and the rental company would pick it up. This was the smoothest and easiest experience I've ever had with a shop. The car runs great and they did a perfect job all the way around. I highly recommend Mike and the team at Edge. And will always bring my car here.
