We had an expensive air condition repair that we were dreading. I got three additional quotes on the repair and Elder's beat all of them. After getting the car returned, it was making a loud noise so I had to take it back. Guess the part was bad, but they were awesome and worked over the weekend to fix it and then personally drove it back to my house when it was finished. We didnt feel put out at all. I'm sure they were out plenty because the labor was the most expensive part of the repair and they had to do it 2x, but they were very apologetic and wonderful to work with. I felt bad that they probably didnt make much off our $1800 repair :/ We are new to the area, and its so nice to have found a mechanic we like and trust already.
