i was out and about Friday. My van just sprang an oil leak out of nowhere and I happened to be about a block away from Bill's (Elite) in Latonia. Thank goodness I was so close. I pulled in, shut the engine off, told Allen what was happening and he started helping immediately. He pulled the van into the bay and within minutes knew what the problem was. They were booked up but he got on the phone right away and ordered my part. Because it was going to take time to get it he gave my friend and me a ride. It was fixed and ready to drive Monday by lunch. I'm so thankful they were close and easy to work with. Not to mention efficient :)
