I always am afraid to have any work done on my car because of the predatory nature of mechanics. Elite has done a fantastic job at addressing the actual problems my car is having, verses fixing nonexistent problems in order to charge me extra. The staff is pleasant, and I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for car work (Unless I leave the area).
