Superior Customer Service
Everyone wants a reliable mechanic. One that is competent, reasonable and if you are like me, customer service has to be superior. Sue at Elite sent me a reminder that I was overdue for an oil change. Believe it or not, this nudge was just what I needed to get my car into the shop. Whenever I call Elite, I get a live person and not a recording. All of these things are important to me and Elite delivers.
