Since I have been back I have used your service for a multitude of tire replacements.
On Thursday I called your to see if you had a portable battery jumper as we had a dead battery. You let me borrow yours with no problem, no charge and great customer service.

Otherwise, this visit was fine. I was greeted enthusiastically by John Nicastro, the owner, who went out of his way to express his gratitude for the business. Even though the shop was busy, they handled our work efficiently.
This visit was prompted by a Check Engine eruption of dashboard lights that was traced to a failed air/fuel ratio sensor. The replacement part (Denso 234-9050) was billed at $284.40 and replaced at the cost of a full hour's service (in addition to the diagnostic time); both costs seem too high for this part/service. The part can be bought for $115 on Amazon, and while I fully expect a part like this to cost more from a local source, delivered on demand, a 2.5x increase seems excessive.
This call also included a 60,000 mile service and rebuilding the brakes, both of which were completed well and at a reasonable cost.

Chris on the front desk has personally called and apologized for lapse in protocol that allowed your van to leave with Any odor. This has been dealt with at a shop meeting .
