Robin said she purchased a vehicle from the business and the staff was very helpful with the financing. They were very polite, but there were a few things they could do to improve their courtesy. When she purchased her vehicle the key did not work properly and the tank was not filled up with gas.

Charlene said there were two more things they were supposed to do and they did not do them. They were suppose to put another battery in the key and they were suppose to turn off a sensor. She has already spoken to them and she is bringing her vehicle back.
