Krystle said this business did a great job on her repairs and the process was pretty straightforward and she has no complaints. She was not kept adequately informed throughout the repair process. She had to do most of the follow ups on her vehicle.

Srikanth said he was satisfied with the repairs that were done on his vehicle but the employees forgot to fix 2 additional problems. His vehicle was delayed by 7 days because additional damage was found. There was a miscommunication with the employee and because of part delays. He had to call in for vehicle updates. The person that prepared his estimate was not accurate. He said he was not happy with the communication because he had to call in for updates.

Mark said his experience with this business was pretty good and they did a really good job on his vehicle. He stated it was supposed to be ready on a Friday but he thinks the insurance company was negotiating covering additional damage with them. Their work was outstanding but he did not get his vehicle until a week later than promised. The delay was a combination of factors, involving the insurance and this facility. He stated he thinks there were unforeseen damages and they had trouble getting payments approved. Jim was very helpful and the employees were very respectful.

Spoke with James. He said the business delayed his vehicle for 3 days due to additional paint work that needed to be done but they did a good job. He was not satisfied with the communication but did not elaborate as to why.
