Gladys said the business is reliable and everyone was very nice and patient. She was somewhat satisfied with the repair because the insurance company did not cover everything. They said some of the problems were not related to the accident.

Melissa said it took longer than she expected and longer than the business promised. They kept pushing back the delivery date. She eventually found out that this business had outsourced her vehicle and that the other facility was causing the delay. She was kept adequately informed on the details of the repair but not on the timeliness. She chose this business because they were the closest facility that was certified to work on her vehicle. Her one concern is that her vehicle, which had been stolen, was detailed but it still has a strong cigarette smell. The business compensated her for her inconvenience but she would not recommend them to others.

Melinda said this business wanted to change the initial price and would not continue the work until they heard back from the insurance company. She told them she would pay any extra fees or charges but they would still not continue working until they heard back from the insurance company. Other than that, everything else was fine.

John said the employees are extremely nice and professional and they provide excellent work. Ludwig and his team are great. He hopes he never needs their service again but if he ever needs his vehicle repaired, this is where he will take it.

Tom said their customer service and interaction with the insurance company were flawless. The body work was not perfect. He was not satisfied with the quality of the body work performed because the frame of his plate was damaged. Instead of replacing the plate they reused his old one which he was not satisfied with.

Ryan said they weren't able to perform the job as well as he had thought. When he got his vehicle back, there were still gaps in between the body panels. He had to work with them to be compensated. Their customer service was good. They were communicative but they could have done a better job of informing him. He had to call them a couple of times for information. They weren't supposed to open some of the parts in his vehicle but they did and he was not able to return them. They had promised his vehicle would be ready in one day but it took two days because they were short on technicians. They were informative but they did not inform him of the delay and they did not inform him when it was ready. He had to call them. Their communication was bad. He would only recommend this business to someone who owns a Mercedes vehicle because they are certified to work on them.

Vanessa said this business had excellent customer service. Angie, an employee at this business, is one of the best and one of the reasons she takes her vehicle there. She is top of the line and top notch. She is always on top of following up. The people that work on the vehicle are pristine, and worth every penny. They treat her with so much respect and kindness. The customer service is out of this world. The paint matches like magic, the work is beautiful and very detailed.
