Madhur said his vehicle was delayed 10 to 14 days longer than initially anticipated because they found additional damage. He was not kept adequately updated throughout the repair process. He was required to contact them and they did not return his calls in a timely manner. He continuously would have to call back due to their inadequacy of returning his calls. He would not recommend the business.
