Hilda said the service on her vehicle took longer than it should have. Owen was very courteous, he gives the best customer service and he is the essence of customer service. They are thorough and Sergio is also very good.

Michelle said everything was great but they forgot to fix the driver's side back handle and had to go back the following week. This was in the garage area and they need to double check the vehicle for quality control before it's handed over to the customer. Kevin was fantastic.

Denise said they took almost 2 weeks to fix her vehicle. It was a week later than promised because they had to order some parts for the front bumper. She only had to call them once and then they were really good about keeping her informed.

Rene said she had a bad experience with this business. They left a screw in her cigarette lighter that caused a short. Her vehicle was not ready when promised and they did not tell her why. They had her vehicle for a month and they did not keep her updated. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate but did not specify why. It was not convenient for her to go back to this business so she will be taking it to where she bought it and pay for a rental vehicle.

Helen said she was pretty happy and they kept her informed on the progress. The vehicle was delayed by two weeks because the parts had to come from Germany. She was asked if she wanted an itemized hard copy of the estimate. She told them to email it to her but she never got it. She chose them because her vehicle was towed there.
