Gisela said everything was perfect. This business did a great job and they went the extra mile to get the job done. She was not given a promise of time. She chose this facility because it was the only place that can work on her vehicle.

Phil said he worked with Mr. Perez, who was very good and made sure it was done right. It had to go back and forth from this facility to the dealership because of damage that was done to the engine.

Mark said his experience with this business was pretty good and they did a really good job on his vehicle. He stated it was supposed to be ready on a Friday but he thinks the insurance company was negotiating covering additional damage with them. Their work was outstanding but he did not get his vehicle until a week later than promised. The delay was a combination of factors, involving the insurance and this facility. He stated he thinks there were unforeseen damages and they had trouble getting payments approved. Jim was very helpful and the employees were very respectful.

Ganesh said he thinks this business did really well working on his vehicle and they did an exceptional job. They were professional and kept him fully updated. They could have taken less time to return his vehicle to him. They gave him a promise date but discovered a discrepancy in their work. His vehicle was with them for almost 3 weeks but the delay was no big deal. He was not surprised his vehicle was delayed and they informed him of the delay ahead of time. The estimate was handled by the insurance company. The employees were really professional people. He would absolutely recommend them to others. His insurance company chose this facility for him but he will use them again.

Joe said the customer service was good. The delay was because they had to replace some parts. He had to return because the trunk was not shutting properly. The employee there told him that the trunk was fine. The owner came out and had another employee fix the trunk within seconds. He was then happy. The owner was great and Angie was delightful.
