Juan said when he went to this business to ask for information and quotes they helped him out right away. It did not take that much for the vehicle to be repaired. They sent him updates and let him know what the situation was throughout the whole process. The date they said it would be ready was no problem and they did a good job.

Brenda said after she got the vehicle from the business, she drove it for a while and it overheated. They had forgotten to put the radiator cap and some plugs back on. Fortunately, she was able to find the parts under the hood and fixed it herself. Her garage door remote is missing after taking the vehicle in. After confronting the business about the problems, they told her they did none of those things. She would not recommend the business for the reasons already stated.

John said they did a really good job. They meet his expectations and did what he wanted them to do in a timely fashion. However, he was unsure if he was satisfied with their communication because he did not communicate with them personally.

Julie said everyone at the business was very professional and timely. She had a good experience. However, her vehicle was not finished within the time she expected. Vanessa said it was her father's vehicle. The way they did the work and the customer service are both awesome. She has nothing but good things to say about Angie, who is awesome. Angie kept her updated every step of the way along with being nice and thorough on explaining it. The customer service skills are outstanding. She read the reviews online about this business. The owner is very nice. It shows quality and the way they handle themselves. This business is thorough, they take their time and she was not just a number. They are very detail oriented, professional and friendly.

James said they did the work on time and they seemed to do a good job. He is hearing a little rattle but is not sure if it has anything to do with the repair. He checked them online and checked a few other places and he liked the professionalism of this facility.

Sandra said they did a good job on her vehicle. She did not feel there was a need to be kept updated throughout the repair process. She noticed their drive way is a little steep and it would be nice if they would do something about it. She could feel the bottom of her vehicle scrapping against the drive way as she was pulling in to the facility.

Tania said the staff at the facility left a piece of an old seat belt in her vehicle and she had a brand new box of trash bags in her vehicle that have gone missing. They broke off her air freshener. She would have liked the business to replace those items or at least let her know they were missing or damaged. She said she was not happy with the way she was treated by Ken, the person who prepared her estimate, because he was apathetic and laughed at her situation. He was not professional. This facility had her wait an extra month because of a parts delay and she had to pay $500 for a rental.

Elicia said this businesses did a pretty good job repairing her vehicle. They had a good turnaround time, considering the amount of damage due to the accident. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because of alignment issues but she was fine with that. She was absolutely satisfied with the way she was treated by them. She chose them because they were a Mercedes-Benz certified repair facility.
