Jeff said the communication with the business could have been better. On the day his vehicle was supposed to be ready he had to call the business three times to learn if the vehicle was ready. During the repair he did not hear from the facility.

Julia said the customer service was so wonderful and Angie in particular. She was so thoughtful. Angie explained everything in detail throughout the process and the work itself was impeccable. This business cared enough to go through everything and they were very communicative about the repair status from beginning to end. Everyone at this business from the receptionist and the people in the office, when Angie wasn't there, to the repairman, was just so delightful. Julia researched online and they were also recommended by her Mercedes dealership. They're really wonderful people and she wouldn't go anywhere else. They're just great.
