Judy said that she loves them, they're personable and kind, and they give good explanations of what they are doing and why they are doing it. She appreciates that they take time to explain and do not ask for things that don't need to be done. She has an older vehicle and they fix what she wants fixed, and don't try to convince her that the vehicle will fall apart if she doesn't have them fix extra things.
