Hello, Roger! Thank you for the stellar review! We're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience with us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to know that you found our diagnostic accuracy, fair pricing, and communication to be top-notch. We're especially glad that you're enjoying our mobile app and the convenience it offers. It sounds like you've had quite a comprehensive list of services and repairs done on your VW CC, and we're grateful for your trust in our team to get everything sorted out for you. We understand the decision to rejuvenate your car rather than buying new, and we're glad to have been a part of
The latest work I had done on my car included: DSG service, Brake Flush, 100,000 mileage service, Alternator Drive Belt/Tension & Alternator Clutch replaced, Fuel Pump replaced, Cornering Bulb replaced, Wiper Blades replaced, and Front and Rear Bumpers replaced (mainly cosmetic issues, but I wanted a new car look). Mainly due to the bumper being ordered and painted, it took three weeks, but during this time I also had them researching a speaker cover for a back passenger door, a seat latch and locking cylinder for the right rear folding seat, and the drive door speaker (woofer). The last four items or at least some of the four items had to be ordered from Germany, so they're not yet done, but they arranged for me to go ahead an have my car while we are waiting on the parts to go through customs etc. and then I'll just take my car back in to have the last few parts installed. With all I wanted done, it's no surprise it took 3 weeks, so I'm fine with that. Besides, in this day and age you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental car when you have Uber and Lyft ride services.
Yeah, that's a lot, but it's an eleven (11) year old car and I'm not the original owner, so there's no telling how it was treated during the first 53,000 miles. I debated on buying a new car or just fixing EVERY thing on this car (2013 VW CC) and I decided to basically try to make my VW CC like a new car (for a lot lot less than a new car).
Everything Euro also provides a free shuttle service and very timely service. Every other place I've been to, you're luck if they even provide a shuttle service and even if they do, good luck if it's available. This is NOT the case at Everything Euro; they are almost always available within 10-15 minutes at the most.
Everything Euro is the ONLY auto shop I've used since April, 2022. For a couple years I was going to the official VW dealer, but they're significantly higher on many items and services. Before that, it was the "wild, wild west" and I wouldn't recommend taking ANY German car to anyone besides Everything Euro, especially if it's something electrical.
