I contacted them Wednesday before Thanksgiving through their website and Tucker called me right back. I told him my issue and he advised me to take my car to a car parts store to verify that it was not my battery instead of an alternator, and they could fit me immediately after the holidays. I'm glad the first place I called told me it would take a week to work on my car. If not, I may have missed out. Tucker's honesty says a lot about his character and the integrity of Everything Euro. I love my car and trust them with it 110%.
