Good results, poor communication
I called and talked to a lady and was asking if they did alignments and she said yes and I asked how much and she said 59 . Then I asked how to get there from Rome and she told me if you are at the light at Kroger to take a left . WRONG ! You take a right !! Once I got there they took my car straight back and it took about an hour for them to do the alignment. Then they said it was done I went to pay and the guy said it was 113 dollars. I said what?? And he said oh it's because you have 18 inch rims and tires. I told him what the lady said and he said she was new. I don't think that was a very good excuse . Especially since I called ahead and asked the price before I brought my car to be worked on . I'm just glad I had the money to pay that whole amount . They did a good job on my car but need to work on training their new people so they will know the prices and services . I would reccomend them for the service but be specific when asking about what price it is before you take your vehicle up there .
