Joan said the business has wonderful service and the people there are very nice. Her vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than promised. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because it was not necessary and she knew they would do a good job. She There was no communication with them and she did not expect to get any. She loves the business' coffee and cookies.
