Robert said the representatives are real good, and he was really happy with everything they completed for his repair. The repair service was supposed to take 8 days, but it ended up being 24 days. His vehicle was 16 days late, due to additional damages, and also parts and shipping. They needed to order a quarter panel from Korea, and it threw a monkey wrench with the time frame promised. However it was not their fault. The representatives definitely kept him updated by on-line services, and they provided pictures of the updates too. He was very satisfied with the shop's communication. They guaranteed the work, as long as he owns his vehicle. The location of the business is very convenient. It’s very good to do business with Exhibition Automotive Carstar. They offered to pay for the additional rental vehicle expenses, when the insurance time ran out. However it was not necessary, because they were granted an extension by the insurance company. It all worked out for the best. Then, on Easter weekend, they also offered to upgrade their rental vehicle from an economy vehicle at their expense, too. It was a heck of a nice gesture. They also provided coffee and pretty good cookies too. The representatives are good people.
