Teresa said they did not receive a rating of a five on her overall experience because they did not finish the complimentary work that they had told her they would do. She stated her vehicle was ready about one day and a half later than the original promise time. She added she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call in to be informed about her vehicle. She said she was not completely satisfied with the shops communication because she had to call in herself and she was not contacted by them.
