Shifting Problem Fixed
It took two visits but FXG was able to locate a cracked gasket on the undercarriage covering the linkage that was preventing me from shifting into 1st gear. They needed to put the car on the lift and have one person actually "drive" the car while the other watched the undercarriage to find the problem; the crack only expanded enough to be clearly visible when attempting to shift. They replaced the part and my car is shifting better than ever.
