Complimentary Maintenance - Bad Experience
Been to this dealership many times to service my vehicle and had great experiences. It was my service dealer of choice. However, when I last visited for my 18K complimentary maintenance, I was told that my turbo was not listed as a turbo in their system so my Maintenace would be full price. I was told by service person that there was nothing they could do. It was in their system as a non-turbo and only Hyundai can fix it. So I called Hyundai while there and confirmed that it's a turbo in their system and that my Maintenace should be free. While doing so service person said that service would be covered. You need to trust your service provider and this experience was far from it. Still not sure what the service person was trying to do.
