We've been customers of Brian and Kari's for many years. We were referred by our former mechanic who didn't want to work on our Volvos anymore.

This time we brought them our new/old 1991 Toyota Pickup. They informed us of a long list of unexpected problems which were not discovered by the local mechanic where we purchased it. I know I can trust their opinions about the value of the car and I know from past experience whatever is wrong will be fixed right. We were overwhelmed ($$$) so they gave us a game plan of what to fix right away, what could wait and what we should keep tabs on. As always they got down to business right away. When unexpected things popped up they let us know so we could opt to fix them now or later. The job was done in short order.

They are a hard working young couple, accommodating, informative and a pleasure to work with. I've also never heard a negative word from anyone about the place. And believe me, in Hayward, those kinds of things do come up.

They also have a big clean waiting area with comfortable seating, a table, TV, magazines, water, etc.

Above all the truck is running great. It feels more solid on the road. And although this has never happened, I know if something is wrong, they will deal with us fairly.

If you're having car problems and you need a mechanic. I have 2 words for you...go there!
