Honesty and Integrity
Having been a customer of Fitzgerald's for around 15 years at least, still they surprise me with the quality of their service. Not only do they service the car and fix all problems or recommend what should be done, but they refrain from doing extra work that is not needed. This time around, I thought I was going to need two items of service that it turned out, I did not need yet. A lesser shop would have found a reason to do the work anyway. But Fitzgerald's is a first rate shop and has honesty and integrity. A well served customer is a happy customer and a repeat customer, which is why I will continue to go to Fitzgerald's.
