Annette said the business is excellent and they kept in touch with her. They are wonderful to work with and they provided a great experience. There was a week delay due to a part that was ordered not being up to quality standards.

Danielle said the repair work was great. There was an issue with the timing and communication. As a result, she had to pay out of pocket. They told her the vehicle would be ready on the thirteenth but it was not ready until the sixteenth. She was out of town and could not pick it up until the twenty second. They had to put another coat of the paint on. Their communication could have been more precise.

William said when he dropped his vehicle off at the business, he knew there was a flashlight inside his vehicle. When he went to pick up his vehicle, after the repairs were completed, the flashlight disappeared. No one at the business knew where it had gone.
