John said they were courteous. There was no mumbo jumbo. They took pictures and told him what they were going to do. He said it wasn't necessary to keep him adequately informed. It was all done so quickly. He took his vehicle in early Tuesday morning it was ready Wednesday evening. They worked well with his insurance. He was very pleased.
