All the office people are very nice & patient even when I complain about the cost. They take their time & explain all the charges & when I check with my son-in-law he says I was treated fairly & the charges were appropriate. I am very pleased with your employees & the quality of your work. I just hate to spend money on car repairs!

"Dependable honest work."
I was going to call and complment the person who did the alignment on my truck, but your e-mail beat me to it. There is a BIG improvement in the steering and handling. On my previous visit a year or so ago, you did an alignment balance on the wheels despite the tires were hard and old. The balance came out beautiful. Basically, if I want a GOOD job, I'll continue to go to FRANK'S Automotive.

they were not able to find out why it does not start some times
we were told tests were run and nothing showed up
receipt was incomplete
charged $99 i assume for labor?
was told diagnostics were run and i expect ted that sort of detailed information on specifics that are looked at on the receipt for our future reference

Hi Amelia,

               This system is not one monitored by the computer, all diagnostic work is done manually and has to be duplicated or all tests will be normal for your vehicle. The vehicle was test driven numerous times in an attempt to duplicate the problem. Load test was done on alternator, battery and starter, with data as normal. Power, grounds and operation of security system as potential cause was also looked at and again tested normally, there is no other information available as all was normal at test time.
