"My Mercedes-Benz gets great service at Frank's."
There seems to be no problems with using Frank's in San Marcos for my Mercedes-Benz. I seem to get the same quality of service as at the dealer only at a better/lower price. Frank's also uses Mercedes parts which is also a plus.

"Because George and Bob know a lot about cars and are a pleasure to deal with. I love going there because of them and I trust them!"
I stop in there for small things such as a light going out on my car, or a question. They welcome me and help me and I turn to them with all of my questions. I have been going there four years and I'm more than pleased with the work they do.

Changing radiator hoses with flush and serpentine belt replaced. Engine air filter also changed.
All work done professionally and in efficient time.

"Do not take your business here. "
They did work on my car with no real consent from myself or the legal owner of my car and charged close to $1,000 for repairs. I got a second opinion from a friend/mechanic in my hometown and was told the work done on my vehicle was unnecessary and I should not have been charged nearly that much. When confronted about the issue, no refund was given and the staff didn't seem to care at all. On top of all this, a close friend has recently informed me of his terrible experience with this company so my advice would be to take your business and repair needs elsewhere.
