"Comunication"
Had my car for three nights. You had some challenges with shifting cable repair. At your suggestion I gave authorization to do a brake job the morning of the second day. I didn't get a call on the day it was to be finished so I called about three to be told it would not be ready until the next day and they had forgot or neglected to do the brake job. I needed my car that afternoon so I had to cancel the brake job and come get my car. It's been 4 business days since this happened and I thought someone might have called to follow up on my brake situation. May have to go to another shop
