This place needs a new owner!!!!
Carl is very short with people, he is rude and doesn’t really care about the customer when they screw up. Been here two or three times and only once did i not have to bring my vehicle back. They are always working on something for months, you will see the same five vehicles parked their all the time, and it seems like nothing really gets done. His office is a complete wreck and I’m surprised the irs don’t come in their and shut him down, invoices piled to the ceiling, very dirty, even the lobby were you wait is gross, find someone to bring you their to drop off then leave. You will hear Carl dropping the F bomb every sentence in the back while he is throwing stuff and getting pissed at everything. He needs to retire and move on.
