Incredible Service
I have an old car and didn’t know where to go for maintenance but found FAS via online reviews. They were EXCELLENT. I was treated with the same kindness and attention as others with new, nicer cars and I love the online portal which lists everything (with photos) and explains the full breakdown of needs and costs. I also love that they call and talk you through everything online to explain in further detail. They were available via phone, text, email, online portal and very flexible helping my husband pick up my car while I was in the hospital. It can be overwhelming talking cars when I know very little but everything was 100% honest, transparent, and no pressure.
