"Found and fixed the problem for free"
In addition to an oil change and a recall, the tpm sensor was on. I couldn't tell it, but my tires were down a lb. and this was taken car off. One opportunity for improvement- first apt is @ 7:30, shuttle doesn't start till 8:00; start the shuttle as soon as there are some people for it.

I had a 9:15 appointment and I was out of there at 10 o'clock. That is pretty fast for an oil change, tire rotation, 32 point inspection, and don't forget the free car wash!

Scheduled my appointment on line for 11:45 and didn't realize I scheduled it to be a drop appointment. They were very understanding and even though they go to lunch at noon they had my oil change, wax and inspection sticker all done by about 2:00. As usual everyone was very friendly and professional.
