"Chased down a problem for me but now..."
The heater-A/C controls in my old Honda stopped working--I hoped it was a wiring short. Gateway confirmed all external power connections and advised that that the fault is internal to the control unit. They gave me a quote for a new unit with installation. Now I'm mulling over how much more money I am willing to spend on this old car. Always a pleasure to do business with and I know that I can trust them to give me a fair deal and fix anything...if I want to get it fixed!
