Mike said this business was perfect. This business has great quality and workmanship that is hard to find. The owners were great and provided him with a wonderful experience. This business is honest, respectful and knows what they are doing. They are better than mainstream auto businesses due to their sincerity and honesty, which is hard to find now a days. When Mike went in to a mainstream auto business he was told there was nothing wrong with his vehicle but after he received his vehicle back the fan motor was loose, and it was not in this state before he turned the vehicle over to that business. This is what Mike likes to call creating business, when a business does this they are creating a problem that requires customers to return for service. He went to Gateway Auto Clinic to have a diagnostic test run for this issue. In addition to this the business also checked the brakes and did an oil change. This business only did the work Mike needed done on his vehicle, gave him no surprises and had him preauthorize the work before they performed it. The mainstream auto business lost his business and now Gateway Auto Clinic gets all his business. It was nice to find a business that was straightforward, had realism to it and he was impressed with the caliber of the business. It was refreshing to find a good business that had good service and quality. Mike has passed out numerous business cards out to his friends and will return numerous times because this business treats their customers like people not products with a price.
