Michele said she told the business to check the check engine light. When the repairs were complete, the check engine light was still on. When she told them, they said they did not know anything about that. They eventually fixed the issue. She understands that it was a miscommunication issue.

        While there is no excuse for not addressing a problem that you brought your car in for, sometimes things either don't get written down or like you say a miscommunication between the customer and myself or between myself and the technician.
