"Honest and Reliable "
I have been coming to Joel and Frank for over 10 years. Even though I have moved 20 miles away from this neighborhood I still bring all of my family cars to them and always recommend them to friends. They have NEVER disappointed any of us.

The owners were there to take care of our vehicles and returned the calls every time. Nowadays is very difficult to ding a shop with people you can actually trust

"Waste of money - cost me over 1300 dollars"
I would think Honda would be able to fix a electrical problem.

1st. You wasted my money by fixing a battery lead (which we knew wasn't the problem)
2nd. You wasted money trying to fix a common fuse you know is an issue with the door to resolve the parasite drain
3rd. You tell me to replace the ECB but you can't guarantee it will fix the problem... so I wasted almost 5 days without my car, paying for taxis to get to work, wasting 1300 on repairs that didn't fix the problem

and then you have the nerve to tell me to pay another 1300 for the ECB board that might not fix the problem.

When I say no, you disable the sliding door that I spent 1300 dollars to "fix" and guess what happened 2 days later.... do you know? My battery was dead again.

I should have just spent the money on a freaking downpayment of a new car...

Spoke with Russ. He said everyone was friendly at the business, they did a good job, and they finished quickly. The only problem is that ever since they replaced the brake pads, they have been squeaking very bad, and there is a lot of brake dust.

Kate said she went to this business to have her oil changed and the gentleman told her she needed new brakes and rotors and she needed to get it all done. They told her the total cost would be $350 for the new brakes and rotors. She went to a different facility and they told her she did not need new rotors, she only needed new brake pads and the total cost for that would be $170. This is not the first time this has happened and she only goes to them to have her oil changed. She went to a different facility to have her oil changed and they told her she had a small hairline crack in her oil pan. When she took her vehicle back to this facility to have her oil changed, she asked them to take a look at her oil pan to see if there was a problem. When they took a look at it they told her everything was fine. She then decided to take her vehicle to a different facility to get a second opinion and they told her she actually did have a small crack in her oil pan. The employee at this business missed that crack all together. She has been to this facility several times and they told her they have no records of her ever being there. She will never use them again and they are not that good.
