First off... we do take any and all responsibility if our staff damages any part of a customer vehicle now if those damages were existing prior to the vehicle coming to our shop it is not our responsibility. Secondly... we have a very strong and strict policy in which we stand by it day in and day out we do not lubricate any electrical parts for the safety of our customers and their vehicle I hope you can understand that... and lastly... we did find the window motors with busted and worn out gears in it you received and estimate and refused it. I hope we can continue doing business since you have been here with us since 02/13/2013.
