Elizabeth said this business did a good job but she took her vehicle to this business with one problem and then took it home with a bunch of other problems such as certain meters not working because of the cables not being reconnected plus a headlight was out and she had to drive home that night in the dark and she could have gotten a ticket. She called Arthur this morning and he apologized and she let him know that in the future, customers like her, who know nothing about vehicles depend on their mechanics to fix their vehicle and not give it more problems. The only reason she is not as angry as she should be is because her husband knows about vehicles. She would definitely not go back because of the reasons mentioned. She could not afford to go back. Arthur went over and beyond what he is supposed to do and she is thankful for that. They fixed the main issue and the staff is nice. Whenever there is an update with her vehicle, they call her to let her know what's going on so she does not worry. Arthur is a good guy, honest and works hard but he needs to oversee the job done by the people working for him before they let the vehicle back to the customer.

Elizabeth you were recommended to us by one of our long time customers who you work with,when we first spoke regarding your vehicle you said that your husband works on your car and that his having trouble figuring out why the fuel gauge wont read and that  the wind shield washer wont spray any fluid.You aslo said that due to the fuel gauge not working you had run out of gas few times and fixing that was very important to you.I shared with you that your vehicle is little rare and because of its age and model not everyone works on them.I was willing to except the challenge and help you fix the two problems you were experiencing with the vehicle.We discovered that the parts we needed to fix the fuel gauge was no longer available from the vehicle manufacture,so as you know we had to seek the services of a very reputable gauge and cluster repair shop.We spoke and agreed to remove the cluster and send it in for inspection and possible repairs.The speedometer/guage repair shop did their very best to solve our problem but unfortunately the fuel gauge did not work.We were running out of options, i spend lots of time researching and putting in non billable shop labor time to find a fix for us and we did.We solved the fuel gauge problem and the wind shield washer issues.It is possible during the multiple times we had to remove and install the unit the shops lead mechanic missed the little cable that connects to the trip meter or it might of been not connected fully which could of come disconnected from road vibration.Mistakes can happen and thats why we stand behind all our work with warranty.As regards to your burnt head light, when i me mentioned it to you you said that your husband will replace it for you.My apologies once again for the inconvenience Elizabeth.We do our very best everyday to service and repair customer vehicles to the highest standards and keep them safe on the road,our many wonderful customer reviews motivates us to do that with great pride.
