My Volvo XC90's A/C went out. After taking it to another mechanic who sat on it for a week and did nothing aside from running a $60 diagnostic, I brought it to Mr. Cooper. He traced the issue to a bad blower motor resistor and ordered the part. Come to find out that my vehicle's previous owner had put bad aftermarket parts in, requiring an additional part, and they had installed it wrong, leading to the A/C condensate line draining into the passenger side floorboard.
Mr. Cooper was very forthright and honest about the whole process and even came in on a Saturday to finish up my vehicle. I've rarely had this kind of quality service out of a repair shop. Will recommend and will be bringing my vehicle back in the future!
