"horrible"
Hit a deer right before christmas, so the insurance company recommend here. This was the WORST possible place to ever take your car. It took my car being in the shop 4 times and 3 months later I now have to take it back because the paint is peeling off from the spot it already was before. K would reconsider taking your to this place. It will be in worse condition once its done then when it went in! Your better off doing the work yourself.

Lucas said he was completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, however, he is currently waiting on a part that needs to be ordered. They need to order a cigarette lighter cap and it got mixed up when they ordered it before. His vehicle was returned in a clean condition, but there was glass in the gaps of the trunk. He didn't know if the business needed to get into the trunk, so he is not sure if they even noticed the glass at all.

Jarret said when he picked up his vehicle, there was a spot which they didn't buff out. He brought it to their attention and they fixed it for him right away. After they did that, everything was perfect and his vehicle was ready 3 days earlier than the time it was promised.

Ken said they forgot to service a damper for the door and there was a locking mechanism that wasn't working right for the rear passenger door. They had to reorder parts, so his vehicle was late. He was out of town, so he is unsure exactly how long the delay was. He said he thinks it was maybe 3 days late. Otherwise, they did a good job.

Spoke with Lily. She said she was completely satisfied with the work, but she had to return a couple days later because they forgot to put the grill back on. Lily noticed after she'd driven a couple hundred feet the grill was lying there, but she had to get to work. Overall she rated 3 overall because they didn't call with updates, and they didn't notify her it would take longer. She'd given them her number and they were calling her mother. The man she dealt with blamed it on Geico, but she thought that was kind of a cop out because she thought the Geico representative was good. The vehicle was supposed to be ready Thursday but it wasn't ready until Monday, and she had to call on Friday to find that out. There was just a mix-up with communication, and Lily noted she was saying this only because the business asked for feedback. The work they did was excellent, and her vehicle was beautiful.

Sonam gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because the process of coordinating a number of family errands, returning the rental vehicle, and traveling 20 to 30 miles picking up the repaired vehicle caused a lot of stress. He said he would not return to this business or recommend it because he lives too far away. He did compliment the good workmanship.
