Spoke with Barbara. She said she told the representative the radiator was leaking and she was told they would check it out. She then asked them when she picked the vehicle up if they had checked the radiator and they said they did. After driving the vehicle home her son took the vehicle out and came right back with it steaming. She had to take it back to the business and they found a crack in the radiator. They fixed it and apologized profusely. They tested it out and guaranteed it was fixed. If she would not have had to take the vehicle back she would have given them top ratings.
