"Thoughtful patient people"
I was made aware of the need for back brakes during an emergency stop at Gochee's. My own mechanic doesn't keep me posted about these things, but Gochee's does provide reminders and communicates before and after an appointment. I will be switching to this shop.

Mike said it was his first visit and they helped him out when he needed it. He asked them if they could get his vehicle in right away and they did. They had it done in 30 minutes. They were nice and they provided good customer service.

Mark said he uses this business regularly. They were able to look at the tire that had picked up some nails and detect another problem. They went and brought a tire from another facility and came back. They were able to replace and repair the problem in a brief amount of time. He stated he didn't like that one of the technicians changed his preset station on his radio. He doesn't mind them listening to music while they're in the vehicle, however, they shouldn't have programmed the stereo. That just wasn't kosher.

"Consistently dependable"
Have done business with this service garage for many, many years. Have found Harry and Eric and the repair/mechanic service crew to be friendly, approachable. One of the most important aspects of doing business with Gochee's is their sincere efforts in helping to get you in for service during an emergency situation. As my recent 98 Chrysler Cirrus began to show her age and infirmities that was very often the case for me. I felt assured that the work was done properly and within an appropriate time frame. Reputation and honesty are the qualities by which I judge any business. Today, such attributes are becoming rare, very difficult to find. Not so with Gochee's.
