A mixed review
Service started with a call to AAA. Feist came promptly and put spare tire on. Driver was courteous. When I asked him to take my damaged tire with him back to station so it could be fixed, he said "I have other stops to make" with some attitude. So I took the damaged tire in immediately, hauling my 4 year old grandson with me. The service truck and I arrived at the station at exactly the same time. So the reason he didn't save me the trouble is...................
Damaged valve stem was replaced promptly, and staff person told me computer notice of low tire pressure would switch off after 25 miles. It did, but was replaced by "Service TPMS system" immediately. Have to go to Mitsubishi to have that message reprogrammed, as Feist person told me Mitsubishi does not make necessary software available. When I asked whether message could be reprogrammed at Poquet where I bought the car, they confirmed that only Mitsubishi could reprogram. So points lost by Mitsubishi. So service overall was good with exception of young man who chose not to spare me a trip to Feist with my grandson.
