I brought my Prius to Good News Garage for a check engine light. They found that the issue was covered by Toyota's extended warranty and recommended that I bring the car to a Toyota garage. They were correct and indeed I paid nothing for the repair... except $170 to Good News for the diagnosis. So on the one hand their recommendation was spot on and honest, but on the other hand I might go directly to Toyota next time.
