Quick/Painless Car Purchase
The entire process was smooth from initial to parking in our garage the first time. We understand the enormity of money that is involved for both parties, but in the end, we feel like it was a pleasant transaction for both parties. We are a first time Volvo customer and between the immaculate vehicle (2013 Pre-owned XC60) and the knowledgeable staff it was easy to decide this vehicle was for us. Gorges Volvo is setup well to assist their customers: facilities are immaculate, service appointments are well scheduled, and very little time is wasted of the customer to accomplish necessary tasks. Even now after the sale is complete, I still get great support from a sales team-member should need it.
