I felt strung along.
They took almost 3 weeks because they ordered things part by part. Instead of just really looking at everything that's wrong with the problem from the beginning.

SORRY for long process sometimes you can't tell if a part
is damage or bent till you get on a alignment rack
and see if it won't line than you have to start measuring.
